The pool was small but clean, perfect for a quick dip. The hot tub was warm and relaxing. The fridge in the room was a nice touch, and everything worked well.

After returning from breakfast, a musty smell filled the room, seemingly stemming from mildew on the window shears above the air unit. This odor went away by the second night, but it made the initial experience less pleasant—more ventilation seems necessary to avoid any moisture build-up. Also, the location felt a bit isolated, limiting dining options without driving a fair distance.

During our stay, we were thrilled to find that Casperson Park and Boat Launch was just a short 3 km stroll away, perfect for enjoying scenic park views, and we loved that Green Mill Restaurant & Bar was only about 500 meters away, making it easy to grab a bite after a long day of exploring the area. as a family with children, it was also nice that our room was spacious and comfortable enough for everyone to relax after a busy day.

We had a fantastic time exploring nearby Canterbury Park, where the kids were thrilled to see horse racing and enjoy some poker fun. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for our family of four. The kids especially loved the small fridge for their snacks.

My kids wished there was a pool for some extra fun. A family-friendly outdoor space would also improve the experience.
